With more than 25 years of leadership, training and coaching experience, Sandene partners with experienced and developing leaders around the world to create more effective and enjoyable working lives.

She has a passion for supporting people to reflect and identify the combination of skills, behaviours, mindsets and habits that will make them be better and feel better at work.  To lead their organisation and career in a way that is both personally rewarding and sustainable.
