Intentional Leadership

Intentional Leadership is offered as two 4-hour workshops with two individual coaching sessions. The experience engages new, developing and returning leaders in the essential skills and behaviours they need to be effective in today’s workplaces.

Session A:

  1. Self-Awareness and Self-Management
    a. Resilience
    b. Defining my leadership style (Values, Expertise, Experience, Reputation, Legacy)
  1. Shining a Light on the Essential Human Behaviours
    a. Emotionally intelligent leaders create connection, not disconnection
    b. Effective leaders give and receive tasks in a way that motivates, engages, and builds individual and organisational capability

Session B:

  1. Communicating with Impact
    a. Presence: What is it, and how do I get more of it?
    b. Influencing outcomes: What conversational tools can I use to create better outcomes?
  2. Team Alignment
    a. It’s all about rhythm: What’s the right rhythm for my team and organisation?
    b. Develop my team's Guiding and Positioning Statement (GPS), a one-page document that articulates our purpose, vision, alignment, goals, and learning
